Raven's Heart

This work is the first in a series, made from recording of the process that occurs after death.
In Taphonomy Sonore 1 #, a body of a rotting bird is eaten by maggots.
The recording is done using two methods; sound recording and staining on canvas, which I classify as living record(with motion) and dead record (motionless).
The presentation of the dead body as a living system blurs the boundaries between life and death, illuminating the vast depth between the two concepts in Western culture.
